Er zijn verschillende vormen van aandacht.<\/p>\n<p>Bij gekochte aandacht betaal je als adverteerder voor het gebruik van een medium. Denk maar aan radio, TV, print, outdoor reclame en digitale media zoals reclame via zoekmachines, online banners en sponsoring van een sportclub.<\/p>\n<p>Bij relationele aandacht draait alles om de aandacht van je (potenti\u00eble) klanten via je eigen communicatiekanalen. Denk maar aan je website, e-mailmarketing, je apotheek, loyalty programma, social media.<\/p>\n<p>Precies over deze laatste vorm van aandacht willen wij het hebben. Want het is relevant voor je apotheek en je hebt er geen grote budgetten voor nodig. En als je het doordacht aanpakt, cre\u00eber je ook verdiende aandacht. Wanneer je met klantenservice volop inzet op je pati\u00ebnten, worden zij ambassadeur van je apotheek en cre\u00eber je zo belangrijke mond-totmondreclame.<\/p>\n<p>Cruciaal voor aandacht is:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wat je te zeggen hebt. Content is key. Het moet relevant en authentiek zijn, en inspelen op de behoeftes van je pati\u00ebnten.<\/li>\n<li>Service! De ervaring van je pati\u00ebnt be\u00efnvloedt diens aankoopbeslissing. Vertrouwen en begrip staan hier centraal om een positieve ervaring te verzekeren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Richt je in eerste instantie op bestaande klanten. Marketeers hebben het wel eens over \u201cHet Vliegwiel\u2019. Een verkoop stopt niet bij het binden van een klant, maar draait verder. Een tevreden klant zorgt op zijn beurt voor aandacht en nieuwe klanten.<\/p>\n<p>De kern van dit uitgangspunt is de belevenis van je klanten, met daarrond drie fases waar je je als bedrijf op focust: aantrekken, betrekken, bekoren. In de eerste fase probeer je de aandacht te trekken met interessante informatie\/content en zorg je voor een goede toegang tot je (online) apotheek. In de tweede fase zorg je ervoor dat je pati\u00ebnten makkelijk kunnen connecteren via hun favoriete kanalen, zodat ze ook makkelijk bij jou kunnen shoppen. In de derde fase tenslotte help je je pati\u00ebnten met hun noden. Door in hun noden te voorzien, komen ze graag bij jou terug.
