Device management
You can see an overview of all devices via Company > Devices. Here you can see all available devices with name, type, group, orientation, branch, status, MAC address, on and off time …
You can see an overview of all devices via Branch > Devices. Here you can see all available devices with Internal name, label, Status, Type, Device group, Is demo, orientation, Robot, MAC address, Robot stock is available, Robot delivery is available, Barcode scanner is available, Pay.NL Terminal is available, Ticket printer is available, Pharmacy software is available and Pharmacy software type.
- Via the search function: enter a term on which you want to search for the user. You can search by name, type, group, orientation, branch, status and MAC address.
- Via the filters: click on the filter symbol next to the search field. A field appears in which you can type a keyword/search phrase. You can also combine multiple filters from different search fields.
Only a platform administrator can add devices to the platform. Contact your platform administrator to add a device.
Only a platform administrator can set device on/off timings on the platform. Please contact your platform administrator for device setup.
Only a platform administrator can synchronize devices with each other. Please contact your platform administrator for synchronizing devices.
