Authentication

How can I get a login for the platform?
  • You are not yet a customer: a subscription will give you access to the online platform. Contact us by phone or mail to become a client. You will then receive a login and password.
  • You are already a client: every subscription entitles you to access the platform. Contact us and request a login and password.

You will gain access to the Lochting platform by logging in with the email address and password received at https://platform.lochting.com/.

If you can’t remember your password, click on “Forgot your password?”. Then enter your email address and request a new password. You will then receive an email with a link to the page on the platform where you can set a new password.

Privacy settings

Decide which cookies you want to allow. You can change these settings at any time. However, this can result in some functions no longer being available. For information on deleting the cookies, please consult your browser’s help function. Learn more about the cookies we use.
